These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of my websites, applications, APIs, and other services (“Services”) that I develop and operate as an independent sole developer. By using my Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

  • All websites, web applications, and APIs served under my domains, tbdh.dev and tbdh.app, including their subdomains (for example *.tbdh.dev and *.tbdh.app).
  • Any current or future project of mine that links to these Terms.

Some Services may have additional terms. Where they do, those terms apply together with these Terms, and they take priority if the two conflict.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using my Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and with my Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • Not abuse APIs, for example by exceeding rate limits, scraping excessively, or sharing access keys.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

5. Accounts

Some Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Any activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time where the Service allows it, or by contacting me.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of any content you submit to the Services. You give me permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Services for you.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it.

7. Fees and Payments

All Services are currently free.
If I introduce paid plans or features in the future, the price and any payment or refund terms will be shown to you before you pay, and these Terms will be updated. I will not charge you for anything without your agreement.

8. Availability and Changes to the Services

The Services are personal projects. I may change, suspend, or discontinue any Service, or any feature of it, at any time. Where reasonable, I will give notice before shutting down a Service so you can export your data.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All code, content, and designs in the Services are owned by me.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute my work without permission.

Open-source components will be licensed according to their respective licenses.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may use or link to third-party services.
I am not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
I do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or always available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • My total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Services.

13. Changes to the Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
