This Privacy Policy describes how I (“I”, “me”, or “my”) collect, use, and protect your information when you use my websites, applications, APIs, and other services (“Services”). I am an independent sole developer and take your privacy seriously.

  • All websites, web applications, and APIs served under my domains, tbdh.dev and tbdh.app, including their subdomains (for example *.tbdh.dev and *.tbdh.app).
  • Any current or future project of mine that links to this policy.

Some Services may have additional terms or privacy notices. Where they do, those notices apply together with this policy.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Name, email address, or other contact details when you sign up, contact me, or provide feedback.
  • Content or information you submit through forms, messages, or app features.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (e.g., browser type, operating system).
  • Usage data (e.g., pages visited, features used, time spent).
  • IP address and approximate location (if applicable).
  • Server and security logs kept by my hosting providers.

2.3 Third-Party Data

If you sign in or interact with my Services through third-party platforms (e.g., Google, GitHub), I may receive information from them, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, subject to their own privacy policies.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Essential cookies: Services with accounts use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and secure your session. These are required for the Services to work.
  • Analytics: I use analytics that I host myself to understand how the Services are used. This data is not sold or used for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features (such as signing in) may stop working.

I use your information for purposes such as:

  • Providing, operating, and improving my Services.

  • With service providers who help me operate the Services. Currently these include:

    • My own virtual private servers (VPS), where many Services and my analytics are hosted.
    • Vercel, for hosting some websites and applications.
    • Cloudflare, for DNS, content delivery, and security.

    I may use other providers in the future. They only process data as needed to provide their services to me.

  • For legal reasons if required by law, regulation, or government request.

  • In case of a business transfer (if I ever sell or transfer my projects, your data may be included).

Some providers may store or process data outside your country, including outside the Philippines.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

  • I take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
  • I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
  • When you delete your account, I delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where I need to keep it for legal or security reasons. Backups are overwritten over time.
  • No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; I cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and depending on where you live, you may have rights such as:

  • Being informed about how your personal information is processed.
  • Accessing the personal information I hold about you.
  • Requesting corrections or deletion of your data.
  • Objecting to processing, or withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Receiving a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable.

8. Third-Party Services

My Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites or tools.
This Privacy Policy does not cover those services. Please review their policies before providing personal data.

9. Children’s Privacy

My Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when I launch new Services or start using new providers. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
